adzhi Hatun Kumbez is an architectural monument of X-XI centuries. It is located at the 18 km of Taraz city in Aisha Bibi village of Zhambyl region.

The legend on construction of Babadzhi Hatun Kumbez is closely connected with the legend of Aisha Bibi Mausoleum. There are many different variants of this legend. Babdzhi Hatun Kumbez was studied in 1897 by V. Kallaur; A. Bernshtam in 1938 and by T. Bassenov in 1953.

The mausoleum has a cube form, the size of which is 6,8х6,8х5,0 m. it was constructed from fair burnt brick sized 24х24х 0,5 cm. Its three front facades are decorated with niches and medallions. The main façade is distinguished by the presence of a parapet.

There is a text on the parapet in Arabian language, titled: "This mausoleum is called Babadzhi Hatun..." The decorated niches and medallions are framed in the form of Russian 'P' letter.

The mausoleum is decorated with a drum which served as a foundation for 16-costal conical dome. In 1981 it was reconstructed according to the project of Kazprojectrestavratsiya Institute.

In 2002 the Mausoleum was completely reconstructed. Since 1982 it is under the protection of the state.
