AtyrauKarzhyService director sentenced for tax default

ATYRAU. April 15. KAZINFORM - The Department for Economic and Corruption-Related Crimes of Atyrau oblast completed the criminal case investigation concerning the director of "AtyrauKarzhyService" LLP Alexander Chaykin.

"The head of the office was suspected that in the period from 15 October 2010 to 31 December 2011 having included the declaration with false information on the expenditures he avoided paying taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget of KZT 97 million (tenge)," according to the press service of the financial police.

By the Atyrau Court 2 decision A. Chaykin was found guilty by Article 222 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (organization tax evasion) and sentenced for five years imprisonment with property confiscation.
