Asian Flame arrives in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. January 24. KAZINFORM. /Vera Livintsova/ The Flame of the 7th Asian Games arrived last night in Pavlodar.

Pavlodar akim (governor) Bakitzhan Zhulamanov told the guests about the development of sport in the region. For the last year 12 sports facilities such as up-to-date boxing and tennis centers, equipped sports complexes with artificial futsal, volleyball and basketball fields were erected there.

Today the 60 best sportsmen and outstanding figures contributed to the development of the region are expected to bear the torch.
