Appointments in Regional Development Ministry

ASTANA. February 2. KAZINFORM By the Kazakh Government's resolution, Kairbek Uskenbayev has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Regional Development, and Serik Nokin and Serik Zhumangarin have been appointed Vice Ministers of Regional Development.

Uskenbayev, 1964, held senior positions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Tourism and Sport. Before the appointment he served as Deputy Director General of KazMunayGasService JSC.

Nokin, 1959, previously worked as Akim of Aktobe city, Atyrau region, Aktobe region, Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Utilities Infrastructure. Before the appointment he was Chairman of the Kazakh Agency for Construction and Housing and Utilities Infrastructure.

Zhumangarin, 1972, held senior positions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
