Almaty schoolgirl won "Little Miss Universe" contest

ALMATY. June 22. KAZINFORM Schoolgirl from Almaty Diana Kaskeyeva won at the international competition "Little Miss Universe" held in Antalya, Turkey. It has been made public at special conference in Almaty today.

The struggle was complicated - the Kazakh girl competed with representatives of 20 countries including the finalist of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

"Diana, unlike the adults who reckoned on the victory in one of the categories, believed that she was able to win the main title. This faith helped her", national director of the contest Natalya Berezovskaya said.
