Alliance Bank, Temirbank and ForteBank merger to end by yearend

ALMATY. KAZINFORM "Amalgamation of Alliance Bank, Temirbank and ForteBank will be complete by the yearend," Alliance Bank JSC CEO Timur Issatayev announced at a press conference in Almaty.

"The united bank will be called as ForteBank. All the bank creditors subject to restructuring cast their votes and backed restructuring and merger plans," he added.
