Air Astana won the Best Travel Kit for Children award

ASTANA. February 25. KAZINFORM Air Astana won the award for The Best Travel Kit for Children at the annual Airline Amenity Bag Awards 2010 that took place in London this winter. Along with Air Astana, awards were given to Air Berlin, South African Airways, Kenya Airways and Cathay Pacific.

The best kits were selected using the following criteria: functionality, design and quality. Most airline children's kits contain a rucksack, stickers, notebook and pencils. Air Astana's kits for boys include a plane-shaped rucksack with a watch, a mobile phone key ring, a pilot teddy bear, a cardboard puzzle and an automatic clockwork airplane. The girls' kits have a pink hippo-shaped rucksack, a stuffed doll dressed as a stewardess, a three-dimensional cartoon puzzle and a flower-shaped ring and bracelet set, the press service of Air Astana reports.
