bai Batyr Mausoleum is a monument of the church architecture and history of XIX century. It is located at the 45 km to the south-west of Kiyk Station at the left bank of Sarybulak River in Karaganda region.  

The mausoleum was built over Agybai's Batyr grave.

Agybai Batyr, Shubyrtpaly Agybai (1802-1885) is one of the heads of people's liberation uprising in 1837-1841 headed by last Kazakh Khan Kenesary Kassymov against the colonial policy of Russia.

A square domical centric construction is covered with spherangular cupola. The passage from four-up to eight-up and further to the circle of the cupola is made by setting of lap with the use of twofold corner pillars as constructive elements. The pillars are ended with towers. The entrance door, rectangular in shape is covered with a lintel made of joists and planks. There is an 'aivan' before the entrance covered with boards, bulrush and earth.

The construction was built from raw bricks with the size of 30х15х5 sm. The height of the construction is 3.10 m, its towers - 1.30 m. The entrance door is 1,45х 0,70 m. The mausoleum is one of the largest constructions in Kazakhstan built of raw bricks.

Agybai Batyr was buried in Tayatkan-Chunak locality at the boarder of Saryarka and Betpakdala. His life became a topic for S. Seifullin's work 'Akzholtay Batyr'.

The mausoleum is the monument of the national significance. At present, it is under reconstruction the first stage of which was passed in 2005.
