ASTANA . December 4. KAZINFORM - During the first 9 months of this year, 138 670 inspections of small and medium-sized businesses were held in Kazakhstan, the first deputy minister of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kairbek Uskenbaev said at a briefing at the Central Communications Center.

According to him, the analysis and monitoring of inspections conducted by government agencies revealed violations made by public servants. "Small businesses are exempt from state audits during the first three years of their life, i.e. the state has no right to inspect them during this time period, however, we revealed the facts of violation of this provision of the law", - said K. Uskenbaev .
