60 families of Ust-Kamenogorsk move to new apartments on the eve of Independence Day

UST-KAMENOGORSK. December 16. KAZINFORM - Participants of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, the disabled, widows, mothers with many children and orphans were presented the keys to new apartments in a 60-apartment building in Ust-Kamenogorsk on the eve of the Independence Day.

At a ceremony the regional akim Berdybek Saparbaev gave refrigerators to the war veterans Roman Murzalinov and Vasil Evdokimov, wishing them to meet not one winning day in May in their new apartments, the press service of the mayor of the city reports.

In reply, veterans, their children and grandchildren admitted that the housewarming event on the eve of the holiday was a very pleasant surprise for them.

"We are delighted that our new settlers feel happy", says the head of the department of construction of Ust-Kamenogorsk Baurjan Kudiyarov. "But such events would not have been possible without state support and personal attention of President Nursultan Nazarbayev who initiated the long-term programs such as the "Road Map", "Affordable Housing", "Employment- 2020", "Young Family" and others".

Construction of the house began in 2012 by the contractor named "Altaystroy" Ltd. The total cost of the contract amounted to KZT 333,215 million.
