5 died, 5 injured in road accident in Almaty region

TALDYKORGAN. August 28. KAZINFORM Mazda and UAZ vehicles bumped along the Almaty-Ust Kamenogorsk highway near Balapanova village in Almaty region.

As a result of the road accident, the Mazda driver and two his passengers, including a 3-year-old child, died on the spot. The UAZ driver and passengers of both cars were rushed to the central district hospital in Usharal. Another two passengers died later at hospital.

According to the preliminary version, the Mazda driver lost control of the car, ploughed into UAZ moving on the other lane.
