ASTANA. KAZINFORM - At least 4 thousand people with disabilities will be employed by the end of this year, First Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan Party Baurzhan Baibek said Tuesday at the Government's meeting.

"Currently the Nur Otan Party has shifted its focus to an individual, his interests and problems. We have launched 12 large projects covering various social groups, including such project as "Strong business - strong state", "Zhastar - Otanga!" for youth, and "Bizdin Auyl" for rural areas," said Mr. Baibek.

"For instance, "Kedergisiz keleshek" project (Future without barriers) initiated to aid disabled people will help them find employment. In fact, almost 2 thousand people were slotted into new jobs thanks to that initiative," B. Baibek stressed. "4 thousand more will be offered job opportunities and hired by the end of this year."

In his words, the party enlisted help of the Government of Kazakhstan, members of parliament and a number of regions - Pavlodar, Kostanay, Zhambyl and North Kazakhstan - in order to implement the project for disabled people.
