KAZINFORM /Zhanna Korkitova/ Program documents of Kazakhstan on protection of human rights dedicated to the OSCE Summit in Astana have been represented in the L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University today in the capital. Secretary of the Commission on Human Rights under President Askar Abishev represented the National Action Plan for Human Rights for 2009-2012 and the Concept of legal policy of Kazakhstan for 2012-2020. According to him the Plan was developed by the order of the President and provides for real measures to be taken on improving human rights mechanism in accordance with international standards. 'These programs comprehensively cover all human rights and freedoms in accordance with the norms of the Constitution and international obligations of Kazakhstan in the field of human rights protection', T. Abishev said giving details on developing such documents. 'The National Action Plan provides for all measures to be taken on improving the situation in the sphere of protection of human rights in the country', T. Abishev emphasized.
