ASTANA. September 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Draft laws "On national budget for 2011-2013", "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2013", "On the volume of transfers of general character between the national and local budgets, budgets of the city of national status, capital for 2011-2013" are to be presented in the Kazakh Majilis on Monday, September 13.
