Important agreements to be signed within Kazakh President’s visit to Ukraine
ASTANA. September 9. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Important agreements are to be signed within the Kazakh President's visit to Ukraine. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Kazakhstan Oleg Demin said it at the presentation of credentials to the Head of the State.

'We anticipate the upcoming visit of Nursultan Nazarbayev to Ukraine next week. Important agreements are to be signed within the visit aimed at expanding cooperation between our countries and increasing the role of the state and expanding opportunities of business. Ukrainian and Kazakh policies in many spheres often coincide which makes the cooperation easier', O. Demin said.

In this regard he noted that Ukraine supported all the initiatives of Kazakhstan. 'Especially the activities the Kazakh President takes to reach the nuclear free world goal. 15 years ago Ukraine and Kazakhstan denied the idea of possessing nuclear weapons. Currently this issue is still acute', the Ambassador noted.

According to O. Demin the best proof of Ukrainian-Kazakh good relations is the fact that the Presidents of these countries have met already 6 times for the past 2 years.
