ASTANA. September 7. KAZINFORM Within the framework of the VII Forum of Inter-Regional Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia heads of state Nursultan Nazarbayev and Dmitry Medvedev visited a design bureau and IT technologies exhibition.

As earlier reported, the Kazakh and Russian governments signed the Agreement on interregional and boundary cooperation, Agreement on joint activity on geological study and exploration of the Imashevskoye cross-border gas field and Agreement on joint use and protection of transboundary water facilities. There were also signed treaties between the Akimat (administration) of East Kazakhstan region and administrations of three Russian regions.
