Kazakh group KeshYOU wins international contest ‘Oriental Bazaar’
  ALMATY. September 6. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ Kazakh group KeshYOU won the first place at the international contest 'Oriental Bazaar', that was held in the territories of Crimea.

According to producer of the group Bayan Yessentaeva, representatives from 42 countries took part in the contest this year. Performers from Spain, Ukraine, Turkey, Macedonia, Poland, Austria, the U.S., Italy, Argentina, Indonesia, Afghanistan and Russia participated in the contest. It was broadcast live in 15 countries of the world. During three days the participants were performing to become a winner. 20 performers made the finals. A panel of judges unanimously voted for Kazakh group.

B. Yessentaeva noted that the participants performed in their national languages. Since the first day the contest had been stunned with the strong cast of the participants. Fortunately, our group managed to conquer the jury and audience with their professionalism and music they played and their original performances. The group represented the song 'Aliya', 'Ademi kyzdy' and 'Sugirdyn termesi'. The winners of the contest were awarded USD 15,000.
