UST-KAMENOGORSK. September 5. KAZINFORM /Lyudmila Malko/ During his Sunday working visit to East Kazakhstan region President Nursultan Nazarbayev highly appraised the conditions created at the newly opened 'Balapan' Preschool Education Center in Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The President thanked Head of 'KazZinc' LLC Nikola Popovich for the new children's facility. Mr. Popovich said they tried to meet all modern requirements and ensure children's comfort.

N. Nazarbayev surveyed all rooms of the kindergarten and wished health and success to children and their parents.
