ALMATY. September 3. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sihimbayev/ Mayor of Almaty, Chairman of Almaty branch of Nur Otan Akhmetzhan Yessimov received member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary in CPC Central Committee Liu Yunshan.

Our guest noted that Almaty impressed him with its beauty and dynamics. Members of the delegation said that they wanted more Chinese tourists to visit Kazakhstan, in particular Almaty. Besides, China supports business communities and representatives of culture, science and technology planning to visit Almaty for consolidating and strengthening cooperation. The delegation came to Kazakhstan for strengthening friendship and cooperation.

'China and Kazakhstan are good partners and friends. We can develop relations in trade economic, humanitarian, education, cultural and scientific and technical spheres and we see great potential in these relations', Liu Yunshan emphasized.

The eminent guest wished Kazakhstan success in organizing the 7^th Asian Winter Games noting that Chinese Government supported Kazakhstan in all initiatives. 'We are confident in your success in organizing the Games because we believe that you have here the best conditions for holding the Games at the highest level', Liu Yunshan said.

A. Yessimov in turn said that China served a good example with its powerful economy and successful development for Kazakhstan. 'We support development of relations between our countries and we would like our trade economic relations grow and prosper. The experience of development of your country is very important for us, we learn from you and we, local authorities, support the initiatives of our Government and strive to exert every effort to develop our good-neighborly relations', the Mayor of Almaty said.
