ASTANA. September 1. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Opening the fourth session of the fourth convocation of the Parliament, the Head of the State noted necessity of the business climate improvement, public-private partnership development.

"The main goal of lawmaking is legal groundwork for Strategic Development Plan till 2020", N.Nazarbayev emphasized.

The Head of the State noted that bills on improvement authorization system, state bodies competence in the sphere of adoption of regulatory and legal acts.

The Kazakh President noted that there should be made amendments to the laws which regulate activity of banks, financial organizations in risks minimization.
