President convinced Kazakhstanis will be among most educated and competitive nations
  ASTANA. August 30. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev is convinced that in the 21st century Kazakhstanis will become one of the most educated and competitive nations in the world. He said it at the military parade marking the 15th anniversary of the Kazakhstan's Constitution.

As he noted Kazakhstan successfully implements the national goals of increasing people's welfare. "Expenditures on education and healthcare increased more than eight times for the previous ten years. Lately we have opened a new university of Astana. A single network of intellectual schools has been launched in the country. I am convinced that in the 21st century Kazakhstanis will be among most educated and competitive nations", the President said.
