ASTANA. August 27. KAZINFORM A delegation of the American University of Beirut headed by Vice President for Regional External Programs Hassan Diab visited Kazakhstan on August 24-26, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reports.

Meetings with the representatives of the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Healthcare, heads of the leading Kazakh higher educational institutions were held during the visit. Issues regarding current state and prospects of the Kazakh-Lebanese relations in the field of education, students and faculty members exchange issues and possibility of opening of the AUB branch in our country were discussed at the meetings.
