Kazakhstan likely to supply feed grain to Tatarstan
ASTANA.  August 25. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakhstan considers the issue of delivering feed grain to Tatarstan. Prime Minister Karim Massimov and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov informed of it at the press conference following the talks.

"Russia and Tatarstan face draught now and we feel lack of feed grain. We have already discussed the issue of buying feed grain in Kazakhstan", R. Minnikhanov said.

In turn, K. Massimov noted that KazAgro Company would supply feed grain to Tatarstan.

As Head of KazAgro Asylzhan Mamytbekov said, the volume of grain and its prices had not been defined. However, he added that the point at issue was more than 200, 000 tonnes of grain.
