ASTANA. August 25. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Due to the State Program "Balapan" initiated by the President 50 kindergartens were opened in Astana only this year. Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov has made it public today at the August session of teachers of the city.

"By the instruction of the President we implement "Balapan" program to solve the problem of deficit of kindergartens. Over 13 thousand kindergarten places were provided within the program during the last year. This is around 50 preschool educational institutions", I.Tasmagambetov said.

According to the data, there were 38 kindergartens with total amount of 16 thousand kindergarten paces in Astana estimated January 1 this year.
