ASTANA. August 19. KAZINFORM Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited Astana Master Plan Scientific and Research Institution today, the Presidential press service reports.

Issues of further development of the capital city, formation of modern utility, social and transport infrastructure of the city were discussed in the Institution.

New facilities of the city - media center, Palace of Pupils' Art, Museum of History of Kazakhstan, residential estate - were presented to the President.

The President also familiarized with project "Elimination of sewage pond "Taldykol" with reclamation in Astana" providing reconstruction of wastes treatment plants and elimination of sewage pond on Taldykol Lake.
