ASTANA. August 17. KAZINFORM It is necessary to introduce an institute of private detective activity. President N.Nazarbayev has made it public at the session on modernization of the law-enforcement system of Kazakhstan today.

"Interested state bodies should work over the issue and submit suggestions on introduction of such institute. However, the introduction of the private detective activity must be followed by a range of conditions and restrictions connected with provision of law and order, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens, interests of state", N.Nazarbayev said.
