ASTANA. August 16. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The adoption of 2011-2015 State rogram on healthcare reform Salamatty Kazakhstan will increase the level of protection of the people in the country, Minister of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan Vladimir Bozhko believes.

'The Program is a huge step towards development of healthcare in the country. The program clearly defines the goals for the disaster medicine which is from January 1 is administered by the Ministry of Emergency Situations', the Minister said it at the sitting of the Government of Kazakhstan on Monday.

According to him the improvement of air-service of the emergency medicine was a serious measure. A lot of money was allocated for these purposes which had not happened for the last 20 years. All these measures are to help to provide necessary assistance during so-called 'golden hour' and reduce the number of deaths in emergency situations.

As it was mentioned before the draft  Program Salamatty Kazakhstan has been approved by the Government and now will be sent for the Head of the State consideration.
