ASTANA. August 3. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Presentation of the national tourism portal www.visitkazakhstan.kz has been held at the Kazakh Ministry of Tourism and Sport in Astana.

According to Chairman of the Ministry's Tourism Industry Committee Karlygash Kaken, the website is aimed at promoting the tourism image of Kazakhstan.

"Visitors of the website will be able to book hotel rooms, make restaurant reservations, find maps", she said.

The website was developed during a year by specialists, experts and journalists in the sphere of tourism. An interactive map of Kazakhstan is available on the site.
