ASTANA. July 28. KAZINFORM /Zhanna Korkitova/ KZT 3 bln is provided for construction and repair of sport facilities within the Road Map program. Chairman of the Sport Committee of the Kazakh Ministry of Tourism and Sport Yelsiyar Kanagatov said in the interview to journalists.

The Ministry conducts a range of activities within the realization of the President's Address outlining the importance of propaganda and maintenance of healthy lifestyle. According to the Head of the Committee, state programs help to develop and promote sports.

"Repair and construction works have been conducted in the country within the Road Map for two years. Repair of 58 sport facilities is scheduled in 12 regions of the country", Y.Kanagatov said.  

The Sport Committee of the Ministry takes part in the development of two state programs - State Program on Development of Education for 2011-2020 and State Program on Development of Healthcare "Salauatty Kazakhstan" for 2011-2015. The last one includes a program on development of physical culture and sport till 2015.
