15.06.2010 / 13:57 Press tour along "Western Europe - Western China" corridor to be held  ASTANA. June 15. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Ministry of Transport and Communications will organize a press tour for journalists along the Kazakhstani part of "Western Europe - Western China" international transit corridor. Head of the Ministry Abelgazy Kussainov has made it public at the workshop today.The Minister said that the realization of the ides of the Head of the State expressed in 2005 has been started recently. 2 787 km of this road run the territory of Kazakhstan. The overall length of the corridor is 8.5 thousand km. A.Kusainov informed that the tour would be held on June 19-25. The participants of the press tour will visit the parts of the road in Zhambyl, South Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda and Aktobe regions. The journalists will be familiarized with the process of reconstruction of roads and visit Taraz, Shymkent, Turkestan, Kyzylorda, Aralsk. The press tour will end in Aktobe.
