ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ "In July we will hold a session on the draft state program of languages development for 2011-2020", Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov informed on Thursday.

"Further development of the state language is the most important issue. Next month we will discuss the draft state program on languages development. Our purpose is to consider the educational program for the next ten years in Kazakh", the Prime Minister emphasized.

"We should not forget the Russian language and need to learn English", K. Massimov added.
