Kazakhstan successfully overcame hardest period of crisis
ALMATY. June 3. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bahamov/  Kazakhstan has successfully overcome the hardest period of the economic crisis, Chairman of the Board of the National Welfare Fund 'SamrukKazyna' Kairat Kelimbetov has said it at the fourth Kazakh Investment Summit.

He noted that Kazakhstan had three main tasks to accomplish for attracting foreign investors. The creation of macroeconomic stability and favorable investment climate is among them.

According to him 2007-2009 period was the hardest in the global economic crisis and the issues of macroeconomic stability and financial problems were of vital importance.

'President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said that upon the completion of restructuring the main banks such as BTA, Alliance Bank and Temir Bank we move to a new level of the country's economic development. Kazakhstan has already returned to the dynamics of economic growth it had before the crisis. We have learnt a lot from the world economic crisis', Kairat Kelimbetov said.
