Council of People's Assembly of Kazakhstan approved draft Doctrine of National Unity
 ASTANA. April 19. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ The Council of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan approved the draft Doctrine of Kazakhstan National Unity at the session on Monday.

Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev congratulated all participants of the session on coming 15th anniversary of the Assembly noting that today Kazakhstan became an example of maintaining accord and unity in the multinational and polyconfessional country for the whole world.

"Our unique experience in maintaining peace and accord is the main priority of Kazakhstan as the OSCE chairman. We intend to promote tolerance, peace and accord in the OSCE space from Vancouver to Vladivostok. In this context the role of our Assembly that will be the main participant of such outstanding events as the OSCE Conference on tolerance and non-discrimination at the top level and the Council of OSCE Foreign Ministers in Almaty increases", K.Saudabayev said.

The participants of the session discussed proposals of the commission on finalizing the draft Doctrine of Kazakhstan National Unity. Upon the results of the discussions the Council of the Assembly approved the draft Doctrine.
