MOSCOW. March 20. KAZINFORM A Proton-M carrier rocket with the U.S. telecommunications satellite Echostar 14 will be launched on Saturday from the Baikonur space center in Kazakhstan; Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.

The launch has been scheduled for 21:27 Moscow time (18:27 GMT).
