Presenting the bill Minister of Finances Bolat Zhamishev said that crude oil price on the world markets for 2010 had risen from USD 50 up to USD 65 per barrel. Economic growth is expected to make 2% in 2010.

Budget revenues are to make KZT 3 trln 378 mln 4 thousand with the growth in KZT 189 bln 4 mln. The expenditures will make KZT 4 trln 182 bln which is KZT 272 bln higher against the previous index. Budget deficit will comprise KZT 803 bln 6 mln or 4.6% against GDP that is KZT 82 bln 6 mln more than the first approved index.
