ASTANA. March 18. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Horgos International Centre of Near-border cooperation will start its work in December, 2010.

Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev has made it publish at a plenary session of the Kazakh Senate during discussion of amendments to the national budget for 2010-2012.

"We plan that Horgos Center will start its work in downsized version in December, 2010", A.Issekeshev said.

According to Minister Issekeshev, at present, opportunity of processing industry development in this zone is also considered.

According to amendments to the national budget discussed in the Senate, this year KZT 6 bln will be allocated for development of infrastructure of Horgos Center.
