ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law "On ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on Allied Relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as of December 25, 2003"; the Presidential press service told Kazinform.
