ASTANA.  March 15. KAZINFORM Almaty oblast's Prosecutor's Office has launched a criminal case upon the emergency which led to death of people in Kyzylagash village of Aksu municipality.

As the press service of the Internal Affairs Ministry informs, Akim of Kyzylagash rural district E. Zhunussov, Deputy Chief of Almaty Regional Emergencies Department E. Enin, Chief of Aksu Emergencies Administration K. Baizakov, Director of Shynar LLP K. Bekeyev and Executive Director of Special Production Cooperative of Water Users M. Zhunusov were detained and put into temporary holding facility.

By the Presidential instruction, the course of investigation is being controlled by Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
