ASTANA. March 13. KAZINFORM. /Kalamkas Abuova/ Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has introduced new Akim (Governor) of Akmola region to the residents after the regular session of the regional maslikhat in Kokshetau today.

The Premier read out the letter of President Nursultan Nazarbayev addressed to the maslikhat deputies with a proposal of a candidature of Sergey Dyachenko for the post of Akim. The deputies approved the candidature unanimously.

Before the appointment Mr. Dyachenko worked as Vice Speaker of the Majilis of the Kazakhstan Parliament.
