Chairman of Atameken Union National Economic Chamber Azat Peruashev has said it at an international conference entitled Development of human potential in Kazakhstan: challenges and decisions in Astana today.

According to A. Peruashev, human resources serve as an important component of economy in the country's post-crisis development leaving behind oil, metals, ore, even finances. Involvement of local labor sources in economy proves efficiency of re-distribution of national incomes. From this viewpoint, improvement of the quality of human potential means strengthening national interests towards current economic policy of the country.

"This fully meets our interests since it helps diversify economy and allows building new channels for redistribution of the national income for every Kazakhstani citizen", Peruashev noted.
