KAZINFORM  /Ludmila Malko/ As the Emergencies Department of the East Kazakhstan oblast informs the wreckages of MI-8 rescue helicopter were found in several kilometers from Makanchi village, in three kilometers from the highway to Bakhta. All eight people on board are dead. Today at 17:00 the region's authorities will give a briefing for the details of the tragedy. The wreckages of the copter are scattered within a radius of 800 km.
