Senate Chairman sent condolences to Egypt's Minister of Awqaf upon death of Sheikh Tantawi
ASTANA.  March 12. KAZINFORM  /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Chairman of the Senate of the Kazakhstan Parliament has sent a telegram of condolences to Minister of Awqaf of Egypt, Kazinform has learnt from the press service of the Upper House.

The letter of condolences was sent upon untimely death of outstanding Muslim cleric Sheikh Mohammed Sayed Tantawi.

Sheikh Mohammed Sayed Tantawi was among the participants of the Congress of Religious Leaders in Astana.
