11 Martha 2010, 15:45 Russia ratified SCO Agreement on interaction in liquidation of emergencies ASTANA. March 11. KAZINFORM President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has signed the Federal Law On ratification of the Agreement among the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries on interaction in liquidation of emergencies. The Federal Law was adopted by the State Duma on February 26, 2010 and approved by the Council of Federation on March 3, 2010, Kazinform has learnt from the Russian President's press service.
