Yanukovych submits Azarov candidacy for Ukraine PM to parliament
KIEV.  March 11. KAZINFORM Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych on Thursday formally proposed to parliament the candidacy of his ally Mykola Azarov for the post of prime minister.

The new parliamentary coalition in Ukraine earlier nominated Azarov for the post.

The coalition numbers 235 deputies and comprises the Party of Regions, now temporarily led by Azarov, the Communists, the bloc of parliamentary speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn, and several independent deputies,  RIA Novosti reports.
