ALMATY.  March 10. KAZINFORM  /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ Kazakhstan's National Bank will not change refinancing rate till the end of the first quarter 2010, Chief Banker of the country Grigory Marchenko has said at a press conference in Almaty today.

According to him, the Bank plans to wait for the results of March. There will be no changes in refinancing rate till the end of Q1, Marchenko said.

"As for long-term outlook, if we see inflation growth the refinancing rate will be increased too. But at present we do not consider it necessary", he noted.
