ASTANA. March 10. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The Kazakh Majilis has approved draft Law "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012" today.

"The bill foresees approval of a size of the guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012. In accordance with the President's instruction guaranteed transfer to the national budget will be established at the level of USD 8 bln", Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov noted introducing the bill.

According to Minister Sultanov, the bill adoption will allow to ensure realization of budgetary investment projects for medium-term period and financing of other expenses of the national budget and will not cause negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
