ASTANA. March 10. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ A draft law "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On fire safety" on creation of the system of independent assessment of risks in the sphere of fire safety" has been approved in the second reading at the plenary session of the Majilis today.

The draft law is aimed at improving protection of the population, property of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs through the inclusion within the scope of assessment of their safety, along with the bodies of state control, independent expert organizations, Deputy Alexander Milyutin said.

More than 90 amendments were introduced in the course of work over the bill.
