ASTANA. March 5. KAZINFORM. /Kanat Kulshmanov/ A task force headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev is making a trip round Akmola region. Today the group will visit a number of enterprises in Stepnogorsk.

Among them are Stepnogorsk Bearing Plant JSC, "Greenhouse Technology" LLP, Sulfuric Acid Plant "Kazatomprom" LLP, "Kazger-Kus" LLP.

The delegation will survey the progress of construction of a cement plant as well as the course of implementation of the project on further development of Vasilkovskoe gold deposit and the construction of a gold factory.

U. Shukeyev is expected to hold meetings with the managers of industrial projects. Upon the results of the visit, a session on the issues of realization of Kazakhstan's Industrial Innovative Development Program and modernization in the sphere of housing and utilities infrastructure will be held.
