KAZINFORM. /Vera Livintsova/ Businessmen of Penza (Russia) and Kazakhstan negotiated revival of economic ties yesterday in Pavlodar. "The Customs Union will enable entrepreneurs of the two countries to develop mutually beneficial cooperation. In Soviet times, our enterprises delivered to Kazakhstan oil and gas, chemical and power equipment. Now it will be easier to trade", Adviser to the Penza Oblast Governor O. Zheltikov said at the meeting. Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region V. Bochin informed that presently the volume of commodity circulation with Penza Oblast is small; it amounts to USD 3.5 million.
