MOSCOW. March 3. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ "Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan in the space field has positive perspectives", Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has said today during the meeting with his Russian colleague Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

As K.Massimov noted, development of issues connected with electric-power industry is of special importance for Kazakhstan. "Besides, we need to take into account the fact that there is a range of joint enterprises between our states that can and must be used in establishment of the balance of power", the Head of the Kazakh Government noted.

"The issues of cooperation in space field and nuclear industry have good perspectives. All best practices achieved earlier are promoted. It is necessary to give additional impetus on this direction as well", K.Massimov said.
